What is a Hinge Joint Fence?
Hinge Joint fence also known as field fence are high tensile steel horizontal wires with vertical wires wrapped around horizontal wires (Cold Process). Tension Curves (Kinks) integrated every 150mm provide flexibility to the fence allowing the fence to follow different contours while compensating for contraction and expansion of the fence caused by changes in temperature. Horizontal Wires
- 2.00mm High Tensile Steel
- Breaking strain ± 1400 mpa
Vertical Wires
- 2.00mm Medium Tensile Steel
- Breaking strain ± 800 mpa
- 100m length per roll
- Fully Galvanised to increase lifetime by 4 – 5 times.
- All wires to SABS and ISO 9002 standards
- Custom fence types can be manufactured on request
